We are very pleased and proud to have Joey here with us at Blythewood Farm. Many thanks to Will and Jackie Smith for letting Joey live with us at Blythewood Farm. He is an outstanding Morgan horse. His body, his great mind, his heart, and his soul are all beauty, kindness, and Morgan. We are honored to have this magnificent, kind, and gentle stallion here at Blythewood Farm. We have bred to his sire Lyonhil Quasar in the past as well as his full brother Raynyday Grand Finale. The resulting foals have been beautiful and athletic animals, very smart, of good size, and with the most lovable natures. Joey also is known for producing the same qualities, and we are so pleased to have the opportunity to have him here. Three Blythewood mares had "Joey foals" in 2007.

Among the pictures below is one of Joey being ridden by Debra Strong in August 2006. Other than giving an occasional pony ride to little riders, this was the first time Joey had been ridden since he was 5 years old (an incredible 13 years!!). He was magnificent and as good as gold...AND you should see the outstanding balanced trot on this horse! Incredible hocks and a lovely round Morgan trot all around.
